Easy to use, this revolutionary SMS service once purchased will launch an automated confirmation feedback message to the applicant’s mobile phone, at various stages of the visa application life-cycle. The service is available in English, Ukrainian and Russian languages. Additionally, this user-friendly service will be followed up with an automated email message to the applicants email id informing them of the status of their Visa Application.

Courier Service (Optional)

Ukraine is a fairly wide spread country and distances to travel from one place to another can be time consuming, expensive and of course tiring. To facilitate applicants, Application Centre has made contracted with TNT in Ukraine where your passport/documents can be returned through a courier service. With an excellent track record, TNT is able to deliver packages in almost every part of Ukraine at your doorsteps – saving applicants lot of time and money!

Current cost of this service is provided in the Visa Fee table – of course this remains an optional service*. Please speak to the Submission Officer at the Visa Application Centre for more details.

* Return of passport for applicants applying at the Lviv Centre is possible through Courier Service only. Collection from our Kyiv Centre can be arranged – applicants need to inform about their decision at the time of application submission.

Two Way Courier Service for your application submission (optional)

1.	This service is only available for anyone applying for a Belgium Visa. The applicant can go to any Prominvest bank in Ukraine to pay for the visa fees. Please check the following website for information regarding the various branches in Ukraine http://www.pib.com.ua/branches/index.php.ua
2.	The applicant must ensure that all the information mentioned below must be accurately stated at the bank counter to make payment for VISA fees, Service Charges and courier service

6.	The payment is considered completed only when all the above information is given while making payment. An application will not be processed unless the payment has been made.
7.	The payment has to be made in cash at the bank counter.
8.	There is one payment made for all the three items. Visa Fees *********** UAH; Service Charges – 21 € plus 20% tax (payable in UAH); Courier Charges – 100 UAH.
9.	Visa Fees depends upon the type of visa being requested. Please choose the visa category you are applying for and check the visa fee applicable.
10.	The applicant can call or go to the nearest TNT office and submit the following One Visa Application Form per applicant duly completed in French/German/Dutch or English and signed by the applicant. The original valid passport and all other previous passports. If an old passport not available then provide copies of all the pages. All relevant documents pertaining to the particular visa category being applied for. Please check this Website for the various visa requirements. Copy of the receipt of payment made at the bank - Visa Fees (Depending upon the type of visa being requested) - Service Charges 21 € plus 20% tax  - Courier Charges 100 UAH
