Passport Collection:

Return of passport for applicants applying at the Donetsk Centre is possible through Courier Service. Collection from our Kyiv Centre can be arranged – applicants need to inform about their decision at the time of application submission. Passports can be collected at the VACC where it was submitted in person on working days (except holidays) between 08.30-15.30 hours. For details click here.

No prior appointment is required.

Applicants who wish to apply at the VACC will have to pay the applicable Visa fee, service fee and courier charges in the bank before submission; however applicants should visit the VACC before payment in mode for pre-scrutiny of the documents. In case an applicant opts for SMS Service, then required charges should also be paid in the Bank Account.
